Trinity Christian Counseling is “Contemporary” in that we draw upon cutting-edge, empirical evidence-based methods for treating mental health suffering. We are “Christian” in that our care foundationally rests upon the dignity and worth of all human beings, the healing power of spiritual practices (i.e., self-examination, prayer), and a commitment to treat people as individuals—the hallmark of the Christian faith. Like most counselors, I recognize that personal problems can come about because of physiology, social-environmental influences and psychological pressures.
I am a retired law enforcement officer, serving 20 years.
I offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, teens and adults, marriage counseling, Life Skills Counseling, Self-Destructive Behavior Counseling, Spiritual Life Counseling, Crisis Stabilization and Trauma and more. My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and trauma informed care to help all clients achieve optimal mental health.
The length of time it takes to see results from counseling sessions with Trinity Christian Counseling varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term counseling.
